Meet Our Midwife

Diana Buckwalter has been a Nurse Midwife for many years. Her desire to work with women and babies began when she was a young girl.

Diana received her nursing degree from Regis University while mothering 7 children. She worked as a nurse in labor and delivery for many years. While working in labor and delivery Diana gained experience helping moms have babies and also helping them to achieve the experience they desired. She continued her education with a master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner followed by a post master's as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).

Her philosophy stresses women having a positive pregnancy and childbirth experience. Safety is never compromised. A healthy mom and baby is of the utmost importance. South Denver OB GYN has 4 outstanding physicians to assist with any complication that may arise.
